WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE!
Cancellations
24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Venus Bodywork Inc. reserves the right to charge for the full amount of scheduled service(s) when this policy is not observed.
First Visit
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early before your first visit to allow time to complete our brief intake form.
Refunds
There are no refunds on either products or services. All sales are final.
Silence
Our clients are here for relaxation; please try to keep noise to a minimum.
Pre-paid Services
All pre-paid services must be scheduled and completed within one year of purchase, including wrap packages.
Coupons/Gift Certificates
All of our Coupons and Gift Certificates have expiration dates. Gift certificates are not refundable.
Referrals
Any client who refers 5 new clients will receive a free treatment of his or her choice. Referred clients must write the name of the client who made the referral on the questionnaire at the time of their first appointment.
Group Body Wraps
Group Body Wraps are by prior appointment only. Clients making appointments as groups can receive a discount on body wraps. Venus Bodywork Inc. requires 48 hours notice for any change or cancellation of group appointments.
Concerns During Pregnancy
Please avoid any body wrap or endermologie treatment during pregnancy. We recommend only pregnancy massage for Mothers-to-Be.
Teens
All of our services are available to teens aged 13 and over with written parental consent.
Children
For the safety of your children and the consideration of our other guests, we ask that you not allow young children to accompany you to your appointment.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and local checks (with ID) for all services.
